Rabbits/Long Jumps

  1. Just a note probably won't impress many but I had my Bischon out for a walk in the back field today (If her fur was not like velcrove she would be a heck of a rabbit dog) we were following some rabbit tracks in the snow and this one rabbit was really putting down the tracks. Went back and got a tape and out of three different jumps one was 104 inches and one was 112 inches and the longest was 119inches (measured from center of tracks) anyhow thats some where about 9ft 9inches for what I consider to be one heck of a leap. Thought some of you small game guys might be interested.
