Has anybody looked at this? Does it apply to Ohio, I have found info on it about lake erie and public right to use the shores of lake erie. Maybe somebody smarter than me can read up on this and explain what to all means?

It seem there is info/lawsuits about alot of other states owning the land of rivers/stream up to the high water mark for public recreation, except ohio, is the Public Trust Docine a federal law or does each state do there own thing

Federal Submerged Lands Act of 1953
Not sure if this thing is still in affect but i think in say:
That each state owns the land below all navigatible water in thier state
