Does anyone know anywhere near Cincinnati for pike or muskie and what to use
Closest Muskie water is Caesar Creek or Cowan Lake. You might be able to find some Pike in the Great Miami or its tributaries, but they will be in low density and hard to catch.
There is a Fairfield city park down by the GMR. It has PIKE!!! Never been there and I don't know anything else about it, but it does have Pike.
You can get BIG muskie at Cave Run Lake, Ky. That is the best shot at some monsters. Ronnie
dont count on catching pike in the GMR....Id agree with the above.... try ceasars or cowan for muskie
The closest I know of is the gmr in the troy piqua area for pike. Other than that, you might get lucky in a gravel pit if you feel like trying to hit the ones you can.
Pikemandu is correct but population is not dense. Ive caught 4 this year but feel I've just been lucky. I have seen other post claiming they are more dense further north (upstream from Sidney). Good Luck!
