thanks for the pics, mike.that is what makes fishing tougher for most people.the drastic changes have the fish relating to totally different areas, and fishermen have to re-learn the might think with less water,it would be easier, but not so.

Great pics, thanks. Looks like a great time to go look at some fishing spots.
  8. im planning on spending my day out there tomo to take some pictures.

i'll post them up as soon as i can.

Also...any opinions on if the crappie will bite even with the water this low?
  9. Yeah - I remember about 5 or 6 years ago when we had the major drought going by Hoover and Alum taking pictures. It's really cool see what is actually under the water where you always fish.
  10. The crappie bite last wensday was good saw a guy catch 15-20 all around 8inches on chartrouse 1/16 jig. Is that old dam area any good to fish this time of year?

    not likely,with no water there,LOL;)
and it's a long walk to get there for nothing.
  12. That looks bad. Berlin is waaaay down up here but not that down. That looks like some of the lakes down in S.C. and Ga. I go lure looking in the fall at Berlin, did pretty well a few times. Just replace a few crusty hooks and they are ready to donate back to the lake.
  13. I remember a long time ago walking out to the island at twin bridges.... so it obviously can get lower.
