here are a few new pics. The two largemouth were a couple of the average size bass I caught in March on Senkos. The smallie is from one of my local kayaking trips. Not a big'un or anything but a cool photo. Got a musky tournament coming up this weekend so maybe I'll be able to post some pics of the REAL big fish. :D

    not at all twister...
As long as the kayak is equipped with an anchor, fishing is a breeze. Without an anchor, you'd just drift by good spots without making enough casts.

  6. I know what you mean about the anchor, I got one for my canoe last year and it made a world of difference. There is always me and another person in the canoe but only one person could fish while the other paddled the canoe and keept it in place, with the anchor we just drop it down fish a good spot and then pick it up and move on down the creek. I'm going to get a few rod holders and maybe even a portable fish finder for the canoe this year.

  7. i'm going to try the anchor this year - thanks for the tip

    Doug,

Haven't I taught you to quit playing with the bait and go catch some muskies?!?!?! :D
