Heres the big one I got awhile back. It was a great fighter.
I want to try Paintcreek again, but this year that place has put a curse on me. 7 trips over there and no fish.
Nice looking fish...i always liked carping there.
What kind of bait do you get them to hit on? I know CW was saying that maize was losing to doughbaits, but what are your thoughts?
I usually just use wheatie balls flavored in some kind or extract. I have tried corn, but have not caught much on it, but that could just be me. I have tried chick peas some for the first time this year also and caught some carp on them at Rocky Fork, but they seem to fall off the hook pretty easily. Funny thing is though I caught that carp on a nightcrawler.
