Yesterday I saw an Osprey while fishing in Fairfield/Perry County. I have seen up to two at a time at this lake. How rare is this? Should I report such a thing to ODNR?

Not rare at all. They have been at several lake for a number of years. I know Deer Creek, Alum, O'Shaugnessy, and Delaware all have them. I also know they have been seen at Buckeye as well. You can go to the ODNR site and let them know just in case they are keeping numbers.
Like Eagles you will often see a pair of them when you see one. They are really neat to watch.
