Beautiful looking piece of meat. That crust looks amazingMade a bone in pork loin roast tonight with potatoes. Salt/pepper, Italian herbs, paprika, finely smashed garlic rub on the roast w/ olive oil & butter roasted potatoes!

Crazy how much it actually takes those senses away isn't it?Coming to my last day of quarantine Monday. Have not been able to smell or taste for the past week. No appetite so all those meats really making me want real food again. Life, Raisin Bran, Mini Wheats and toast have been about all I could muster. Wife cooked bacon once. I didn't even know it.
Thanks. I'm leaning towards a overnight brine for the hens.I have smoked them before, they tasted great!
I agree as well. This is what always keeps me from buying them.I agree, Ress. That bone is just for looks and costs $10 per pound!
