New Exercise routine for those over 40

    New exercise routine if you're over 40. You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

    Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

  3. I tried it, but will have to wait a few days before trying again...I pulled a muscle scrolling back up!

  4. I decided to use the "Page up" and "Page Down". It is much less work.:D:D
     
  5. Check it out but even scrolling up and down is too much so I will just pop a top and let the younger fellows down all the strenuious stuff, lol!
