Or, go to the OSU Extension website and look up their Clark County office. You can buy them at the office.

  3. You can get one from the Clark County Ag. Dept.

Their GIS page is down right now. I can make you a map if I can get access when I go to work tomorrow morning. Is there a specific area you want? this is the government web page that isn't working. http://www.gis.co.clark.oh.us You may want to contact the engineer at http://www.clarkcountyohio.gov/ and you might get what you want.

  5. Ajax's links are the best for what your probally looking for, also if you are in need of legal descriptions or deeds let me know and ill get you the link for finding legal descriptions for Clark County since there not available on there website, the down side is the online gis isnt really a plat map its more or less just a usefull tool to seeing ones property, i do civil engineering and use these sites everyday for research on qouting jobs, any questions feel free to ask.

You are probably not going to find a plat map on the GIS website. But you should be able to find parcel information with a reference to the plat book. I found a bunch of GIS data on the auditor's website. http://downloads.ddti.net/ClarkOH/ These files are GIS files that cannot be accessed without GIS software. PM me exactly what you are looking for. If it is a specific area I may be able to help you out.

Edited to add. There is a link to a free GIS viewer on that page. You should be able to find what you are looking for. Along with the viewer. Download the parcels, the plat volume/ page. You may also want to download the centerlines and other data for visual reference.
