My brother and I are going down to Salt Fork Lake to try out thier bass fishing. We grew up in Fla. you can catch bass all day long down there. We went thier last year for our "mans weekend" and a cold front came through and we could'nt put a pattern togather. :( Can anybody help to southern boys out. :D.

might want to try tubes tight to cover or work some lipless cranks over deep weeds. If you can find the bait fish, the bass will be there.

At salt fork u can get them on about any thing but right now it will probably be tough if you are going down this weekend because of the cold front that will be moving through try flippin tubes or jigs into cover or crankbaits on the rock baits and weeds. good luck
