Mcmaster Carr will be the cheapest. Unless you buy from a scrap house.
Most metal dealers will charge you 35.00 just to saw cut a 12' random
length unless they have a drop on hand. Mcmaster probably sells 4' lengths.
If you have trouble finding some email me and I will find a piece for you.

if you need it cut,let me know. you making a set of collapsable boards?

$8.69 each from Mcmaster including shipping for the size I need:D

Up grading rod holders and my gunnels are not quite wde enough for mounting them on (or any type of multi-holder) so I am building a good base for the new holders.

A forward base on each side for planer board rods and an aft base on each side for dypsies. I can then get rid of the big dumb 2x6 board accross the transom.

Thanks Again for the help guys!!
