A felon is not even supposed to carry a pocketknife, must have record cleared to be allowed to carry any type of weapon.

That's not true you can bow hunt and carry a knife... call your county sheriff. And no one is allowed to conceal a knife with a blade longer than 4" on their person. A crossbow I'd call first if you were one.

Depends on muzzle loader. If you can interchange barrels to riffle cartridge like the tc encore it requires a back round. Check.
