Anyone ever fish this lake in the winter? Largemouth, smallmouth and stripers. I stopped by there in July 2019 on my way to VA and always wanted to try.
i figure the warm water discharges on the Ohio River are closer but they are getting fewer and fewer as the coal powered electric and steel plants keep closing.

WV's Mount Storm Lake becoming a hotspot for striper fishing

Fishing in West Virginia’s Mount Storm Lake just grew a little more interesting.

1200 acres is a small lake. Must be remote as hell.

It’s between Maryland and Virginia over in the panhandle. Gorgeous area but I think all of West Virginia is.
