I have a part that needs fixed or replaced on my tractor, tractor is a lawn chief 340-L and the part is the "steering rack" (I think) I do not have a part # (wish I did ) Anyway its a part that has teeth like a gear, and the teeth in the center are worn down causing my steering to slip, I wondered if the teeth can be repaired with JB weld or somehow welded on. Repairable? here is the part > http://ohfishing.com

Hey Joe...Forget JB Weld..It wont hold up under the stress.
I work for a large machine and fabrication shop.
If you want to ship it to me,I will repair it free of charge and ship it back to you.
