Typically one and a half turns out (counterclockwise) from lightly seated will get you close. Adjust to 'lean it out' by turning it clockwise; less than a quarter turn at a time. Give it time for the adjustment to be felt by the carb. Keep adjusting in until the motor coughs. Then back out (counterclockwise) a quarter turn. Not a speed test; take your time.
