Launched from Hot WAters 7am. Fished north of the foghorn until 11:30. Very few perch, many sheep head. Went back to the Marina, they sent us to north of Beaver Creek in 35' of water. We picked up perch steady there, and less trash fish. Thanks to the young man at Hot Waters for good advice !!

Hi,

the perch are in 32' - 35' of water from beaver to hot waters. average is somewhat small on the 8-9 incher range. several trash fish as well lots of 8-12" sheephead. Steady pick though. never had a problem getting minnows from georges

Went out yesterday to the pack just North of Beaver, 35 ft of water. Got there at 3pm and had our two tickets by 7pm. Additionally my wife caught about a dozen cats, with the largest being 22", all on her ultralight spinner outfit. Some sheep, a couple white bass and a couple white perch to round out the evening. Probably released 40+ perch due to their size during the fishing time. Crappie rigs with #4 long shanks, using minnows fished either on the bottom or 1 crank up.
