Hey guys, im looking for a multi-strand, soft, very supple braid hooklink material.....in 20-30 lb test strengths.
Ive never used Kryston or Fox hooklink materials, any of these you guys would recommend? I want something tough also and was leaning towards the Kryston Snake bite or Snake skin ?
This picture was borrowed from the ACS site since there the only dealer in the USA that carries the Kryston brand.

I've used both Snake-Bite and Mantis, and I like them both. If you want it very supple then go for the Snake-Bite, but Mantis has a braided core where Snake-Bite is unwoven strands.

Well- like to keep things simple and on the cheap side
so i tend to use the everyday braids like Berkley or Spiderwire.

However i have used a some of the Kryston and Fox range.i liked
Merlin and Silkworm from Kryston(never used the coated braids by
them).I have used the coated braids in the Fox range though.I liked Mask, which i would say is very close to Mantis but the coating is a
bit heavier and more stiff.Reveal is about equal to Snake-bite,but
again the coating is heavier and stiffer than the Kryston or seems
to be.i would imagine that the Kryson is a bit eaiser to strip the
coating back, because the Fox was a pain!
