I just retired (live in Dublin) and I want to get back into fishing now that I have time!
I like to fish for gills and bass with light tackle. Are there any farm ponds near Dublin that would allow me to fish. I am a catch/release person. I don't litter.

Im new to the area also, so I only know of a few ponds, but here are a few I've had luck at. Theres Hilliard municipal park, which has a few decent ponds, Prairie Oaks Metropark, and the pond in the Westbrook neighborhood in Hilliard, if you just want some easy shore fishing. Havent tried many ponds in Dublin but at least those are fairly close to you!

PS if you want to catch a bunch of gills there's a pond on the corner of Alton Darby Creek Rd. and Strider Ln that's loaded with them

Many of the Dublin City parks have ponds. Just check google maps. You can fish all of them.
