This is almost more of a question than anything. has anyone ever seen or know where to get the "eyeless" crappie rods?

are you talking about the noodle rods used for dipping stumps and docks ect?. no eyes, just an eye at the tip with a 8-10 ft piece of line attached?

no it wasn't a noodle rod.

had a reel and all, the line fed into the pole about 10" above the reel and came out then end. Basically just like the eyeless trolling rods for walleye except in a crappie rod version, 10, 12, & 14ft

made specifically for fishing in fallen tree tops so you could poke right in there with your rod and not have to worry about your line snaggin on limbs because it's exposed due to the eyelets
