local repair shop for reels

  1. I need a new line counter for a daiwa LC 47 .is there a local shop in the area that has parts in stock?? canton/akron /youngstown

    You might want to give them a call and see......worth a phone call anyhow.

    try rodmakers shop rt 237 and rt 82 they may do ups ?
     
  4. The bait shop south of Mogadore off 43 does reel repair but no idea re LC reels. Might buy a new one and send this one off to Daiwa for repair.....then you'll have a backup.

    The Reel Solutions guy in Massilion is the one who repairs reels for Kame's.
    I've used him a couple of times.

    Jim, I'll third Reel Solutions. I have a reel I need to get to him, he's very reasonably priced from past experience, and did a great job. !%

    He's in a neighborhood on Daytona St., works out of his basement.

    Daytona is off of St. Rt. 241, just north of Massillon, on the east side of the road just north of the strip mall and Dr. offices that are across from Aultman West.
    Turn east on Daytona, and watch for his house on your left(north) side.
    I would call first before going.

    Yep I been fixing these fishing reels for a long time.Plus know a few here that clam to fix em.Just look at the bushels junker they got LOL.I would like buy it and fix it for my own use.They always say cost to much to fix thus customer just leaves it.I fix it and have yet see one I could not fix.was into fixing watches for years and got lots tools to fix these too.cameras too.those old Kodacs folders and Retinas.Plus rest.let me know if care sell it.
