Hit up Ledge Lake this am. Between 4 of us pulled out about a dozen bass. One on a green jig, rest on crank baits. One or two maybe were a pound. Had fun though and appreciated the fact that they had a clean bathroom and it was open at 6:15 when we arrived.

We threw them all back as always (penance is a photo) Re-read my post and saw how it could've been taken the other way. Hitting Judge Lake tomorrow for a bit.

Well, we hit Judge and got a few babies. There were some big fish moving around in there, looked to be pretty slow. Not sure if there are carp in there or cats but one of them would be my guess. You have to go weedless there for the most part. Even topwater hooks were getting caught rather frequently.

We went back over to Ledge for an hour and picked up a few more little guys.

I love the fact that you're out there catching smallish bass and still smiling and having a blast....good to see you just enjoying fishing!!

I failed to mention that the fish from Ledge were all caught on the east and south of the lake and on crankbaits. The couple days we've been there the bite was good from 6-7:30am and really tailed off after. Obviously this is when and where the small guys we caught were feeding.

Judge we caught everything in the algae, weedess crayfish.
