Lake Milton 07/05, 07/06...

Discussion in 'Northeast Ohio Fishing Reports' started by TIGHTLINER, Jul 7, 2004.

  1. Myself and a buddy set out in his boat for an afternoon of fishing on Lake Milton. We tried tightlining with cut blue gill and night-crawlers with no luck whatsoever. However I did manage to catch 6 Blue Gill and 1 Yellow Perch by floating a chartreuse pin-men tipped with wax-worms under a bobber. My buddy caught a few blue gill as well. We also tried casting chartreuse twister-tails tipped with night-crawlers in hopes of catching some walleye to no avail. ~07/05/04

    Blue Gill (6)
    Yellow Perch (1)

Myself and a different buddy headed out to Lake Milton to do some night fishing. We tightlined chicken liver for bait and I managed to catch 2 Bullhead Catfish and to skunk my buddy. It was a relatively slow hour of fishing from ten to eleven. ~07/06/04
