Anyone caught any Saugeyes in Hope , lately. I was their last week caught some crappies in over 12' deep tree top. Tried trolling for Saugeyes, but no luck. Just caught some Channels. I'm new to the Saugeye world. Can anyone give me any tips!! I would appreciate any guidance.
  2. heres a quote from the ODNR

Lake Hope is stocked annually with saugeye – try fishing near the dam using white or chartreuse jigs and twister tails tipped with a minnow.

  3. your best tip for saugeye would to be try to learn somewhere else. I went to hocking and didnt know anyone who caught one there, everyone who tried had no luck. I would try snowden, logan is more well known but I am cursed at that lake.
