Kokosing Questions

  1. I'm thinking of a Kokosing trip this week with my new 4wt. On the Knox Co. tourism website there's something called "The Hope Fishing Access" off of Pipesville road. Anyone familiar with the area? I was wondering if hip or chest waders were more appropriate. I'd hate to walk a half a mile and then have to come back for a wader change. Does anyone know which flies, size, and color would be most effective up there? I'll be coming up from Columbus.
  2. Please call me! I have been fishing it for years, and can help you out with some simple access. I would wet wade if the air temp is above 75, and the water is above 60.

  3. This time of the year it is definitely better to wet wade. It is a relatively easy area to wade.
