I Picked The Right Day

  1. For a change I picked the right day to fish Delaware. I’ve been reading the recent post where people haven’t been catching much there lately. I needed to go fishing and wasn’t in the mood to go too far from home this morning, so off I went. I put in around 6:30am. By 7:00am I had caught my first of several decent sized LM bass.
I was using a pumpkin colored roadrunner on my 6’ Ugly Stick with my old Shimano spinning reel. 10# test mono. I never changed lures all morning.
By 11:00am I had caught 12 – 3# - 4# LM bass. I had planned to take some pictures but I found that I had left my camera on the kitchen table this morning.
