ok people were catching fish during the full moon... e_lin caught a sauger
small flat head and smallie buffalo, me nothing except a hit
i used the crank bait house gave me nothing the GMR was low yesterday
and is up today after the rain so i'll head out early i have a dog
he gets me up early so some time i'm gonna hit the GMR

Your timing was a bit off yesterday. Best bites for what I was showing you (and where) are early in the morning or later towards dusk.

Don't assume because one lure worked in one place that it will produce in another. That is why I always start out with at least two poles, each rigged with something different.

That way I get a feel for how the water is flowing and/or what the bottom and structure may be like. And if the fish aren't biting on what I'm throwing, at least I have eliminated at least two possible lures and presentations, and have a better idea of what to try next.
