Wasn't to bad today. Fished from 9 am to 7 pm. Trolled harnesses first with a very small eye and a catfish to show for it. After about 2 hrs decided to anchor up on a school of crappies and pick them apart. Ended up bringing 19 home 10"-12" with everything I threw back 10" or under I probaly got 70-80 fish. Also got 10-15 nice gills and a decent largemouth. Minnows on bobbers were producing but I got bigger and more fish on plastics. Not many people out and not much catching. Was lucky to stumble upon as nice school of eaters
its another weird time of year, the weather hasnt been stable and the fish are all messed up theyre gonna be hard to catch. i didnt even get out i was just wondering if anyone has had any luck. good job on the crappie though that sounds like a nice dinner.
