by special request,i'm posting the phone number of the rangers at hoover.they carry a cell phone, and are available 7 days a week from 7:30 a.m. till 12:30 a.m.
for any emergency or violation reports, this is the only number to call.those of you who fish hoover regularly may want to add it to your speed dial list for easy contact if/when needed.

614-648-6019
----------------------------------------------------------------

number for the hoover watershed office is....645-1721
that number is only for general information only.not for contacting rangers.

I was ready to call on Saturday but then I realized (as I often forget) that there is no size limit on crappie. I wish there were as I saw someone take a basket of about 75-100 and 90% were dinks.

LOL.have you been hanging out with trucked? :D ;)

NOTE...........................check all laws and regulations before dialing :D

people taking the little crappies really don't bother me that much.as lk said, there is an abundance of them.they're just not meaty eneough for me to mess with.but those folks who do load up on them,at least eat them instead of wasting them.
