Put in at Baldridge around 6 pm. Steady wind from the north/ north east. With only using an electric motor, I made my south along the big wall, to get out of the wind. I managed to get 8 crappie, all males and 8-9 inches. Only one was caught on a minnow. The rest were on a white mister twister with an orange jig head. Caught a few white bass of pretty decent size. Around 8 pm, I landed 3 smallies in four cast on the same jig. None of great size. Water temp is still a little cool. 56-58 degrees. If the weather holds up, I think this weekend will be very good. especially Sunday and Monday.
