Hoover and Deer Creek cats?

    I was wondering if Hoover has flatheads? Also someone told me that deer creek has flatheads? True or not, I didnt think it was but maybe someone can chime in.

    correct me if im wrong, there isnt any flatheads in alum creek.

  5. I would think they're in Alum but O'Shaughnessy and Griggs might be a better bet. I know a nice 15 lber was caught a few weeks ago from O'shay and I picked up a nice 17lber a couple of years ago fishing for saugeye. Try coming out to the O'Shay COCC tounaments every other Saturday night. Good chance a few should show up soon.

    well since we are on this topic...where would be the best place to fish for flatheads in deer creek?...thinking about going out there this sat. evening/night

    i may be headed out there saturdad too,but it all depends on what i do this week,i was gonna try catching some baitfish from the pond in chillicothe,its yochatangee i think. but if i dont get much bait i probably wont go. good luck!

    I know for a fact that there is flatheads in Hoover and Alum Creek lake, I have seen them when I'm out bowfishing at night. I don't know about Deer creek though.
