Hoga 2 at a time!

Discussion in 'Northeast Ohio Fishing Reports' started by FishHunter, Jul 13, 2007.

  1. :D Hit the Hoga in the Merriman Valley area around noon. Plenty (around 20 in two hours) of smallies in the 8 inch to one pound range. Some on tube bait others on rebel craw. My father-in-law and I always kid that the guys are catching fish two at a time at the spot we decided not to fish that day. Well, finally I was cathing them two at a time today.

Fishhunter - Congrats, that's awsome. Weird, same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago on the exact same lure fishing Great Miami River (see link below).

    Keep up the great work.
  6. How about the color variance between those two fish? They look healthy. Sounds like th fishing is starting to heat up.

  7. obxdave,

I fished just downstream from the car wash. By the way, I am stoked for my fall trip to obx (avon) for some blues and spanish!
