Help from NW fisherman needed

  1. Hello, brand new to the forum. A NE ohio guy but need some help from the NW contingent.

There is a lake up near the Ohio, Indiana, MI border that is supposed to be a great lake for bluegill and other panfish. I have tried to remember the name and cannot and tried looking online with no success.

Does anyone know what lake I am talking about? Any help would be appreciated. I am pretty sure when I hear the name I will remember.

  2. Opa

    could be harrison lake?
  3. Lake La Su An is my favorite bluegill lake in the state. It's located in the same location that you are describing. Also has excellent bass fishing as far as numbers go.
  4. Lake La Su An and other small lakes in the area have a lot of special rules and regulations, including the need for reservations. Before going there to fish, check this stuff out at the ODNR or at the lake in person.
