Griggs this morning

Discussion in 'Central Ohio Fishing Reports' started by Warpath, Jul 6, 2004.

  1. Headed down to Griggs to test spinnerbaits that I changed the top blade on. Holy Moley, it worked. I only fished for about 20 minutes walking the shore, and caught a small keeper on that spinnerbait just north of Fishinger Road. It hit in the sparse grass, but I didn't see if it followed or not. May have been laying in the grass and shade when along came a Terminator.

Question.......can you bend the arm on a titanium spinnerbait and change the lower blade on a tandem?

Should've took my boat down, but I had just got off work and "they" (I hate weather people) said it was going to storm, possibly heavy thunderstorms. What were they thinking?

You can bend the wire only if you heat it up . Beware not to heat to much or the wire will break .

  3. I had an inkling that I might have to heat the wire up it bend it. Sounds more like a hassle I don't want to mess with. I might as well be happy with just changing the top blade. thanks alot though hydrasport, I appreciate the info.
