Good service from Loomis

    I few weeks ago while fishing on Erie with Lewis I had a G. Loomis rod snap in half when setting the hook on a not so big walleye.

    The rod was 6-7 years old, I sent it into them and they replaced it with a new rod.

    Knowing what customer service to expect and that a company is standing behind what they sell sure takes some of the sting out of the initial price tag when you buy it.
