White bass are in the Maumee River. They're a lot of fun to catch and there's plenty of them! No need to use live bait. All you need are 3"curly tails ( I like chartreuse on sunny days or blue on overcast days) and a 1/8 - 1/4 ounce lead head, depending on wind. Sometimes, I like to tie a floating jig about 24" behind the lead head. Enjoy and good luck!
