Beatles or Rolling Stones?
Beatles! McJagger's face scares me!
I like the later Beatles and the early Stones. Except for Some Girls, which is kinda mid-period Stones and one HELLUVA album.
I also like The Who more than Led Zep... I'm crazy like that.
yes, agreed about later Beatles. it is all about the White Album and Revolver.
I'm not a huge Stones fan. same with Zeppelin.
Revolver is a nice, tight record. I will listen to any of them from Rubber Soul and up depending on my mood. It is kind of mind boggling to look at their recording schedule and think about how many GREAT records they packed into a few scant years.
I'm a Stones fan in the bigger picture, but the White Album blows my mind. Too bad McC is a euro-P.E.T.A. douche....
I personally do not like either. But if I had to pick, I'd say Stones
Beetles are cool if you get them crispy enough with super hot oil. Rolling stones always suck unless you are the one rolling them.
Beatles by far!!!
The Stones are possibly the most over-rated band EVER!!
Can't You Hear Me Knockin'...Stones by far BUT!!
You can hear George Harrison riffs in just about anything from Stones, Floyd, Zeppelin to Nirvana and beyond, I kinda hear the Beatles as the beginning of it all!
Just adding a note..These folks are all fantastic musicians and the fact that we are debating this is a testament to that!!
My personal favorite is Zeppelin but I listen to it all and enjoy it!!!
I don't really care much for either. But just to open another can of worms, I'll throw out the following ranking:
Black Sabbath = Iron Maiden > Megadeth > Metallica
that a way to stir to pot
but which sabbath?????????im guessing hes not real tall.lol
probably beatles when i was in school, but id say stones now.
Agree with the first part but Kiss deffinitly wins the most overrated in my book
The beatles for sure , had Yoko Ono not came along the possibilities were endless
I dunno, sometimes I wonder if some of the great's careers were not cut short for whatever reason (i.e. Hendrix, Joplin, The Doors, and so on) would they have ended up churning out garbage eventually?
I think Mark David Chapman had more to do with it than Yoko Ono. But that's just me.
I like the Stones but come on! The Beatles are the biggest phenomenon in music history. Not to mention the talent level. The Stones aren't even on the same plane.
