the GMR south of dayton, are most places that look like a good habitat have flathead in them, i guess what i'm trying to ask is, can you basically go anywhere in there and have luck with flathead if its got the right habitat
Yes you do have to go south on the GMR. Anywhere below west carrolton dam is probably best. But yes you still have to find the right habitat. Wood, hard bottom, big boulders in some places, concrete, deep holes, those are about your best bets. The further south ya go the better the chances.
ok thanks i just didn't know if it was one of those places where theres like just a couple good places that have alot of flathead in them i'm for sure going to try it out, any word on that GMR gathering?
