Went out of Geneva Friday, 22nd. Rough in the morning 3-5', layed down in the afternoon. None of the charters went out in the morning. We started at 65 FOW and trolled south with the wind. Didn't mark much out there, and didn't catch until we got into 58'. We worked the 55-58 FOW area for 19 Walleyes. Did better in the afternoon when we could turn back around on the tight schools of active fish. Most came off the dipsies working 38-45' down. Best stinger colors were yellow jacket, crush, and watermellon. We also took four Walleyes on in lines and jet 40s about 14-16' down. Our two largest eyes were just about 8 lbs each. We are going back out Saturday. Good luck.

Well, it seemed that they were going to start going deeper. Colder water must have driven the Walleyes closer in. We went out to the same place we were yesterday (56-59 FOW). Had a slow but steady pick of Walleyes. Fished from 0615 to 1200 for 20 Walleyes and 2 Steelhead. We lost a couple of each. Sizes of the Steelhead were in the 7 lb range. One of the Walleyes went over 9 lbs and several were 7-8 lbs. Most came on dipsies. A couple Walleyes were had on the big boards.
