I was just wanting to get some opinions of these two types of lines...I've heard really good things about both. I bought a spool of Vicious Ultimate 10 lb (copolymer) and spooled it on my baitcaster. To me it casts a ton better than the Power Pro 20 lb I had on it previously. I was thinking of buying 12 lb Vicious Flouro to try, but I wanted to get some opinions first.

  2. for my tastes, I'll only consider using copolymer for situations where I'd normally use mono. I've only tried two different kinds, and both seemed to be a lot closer to mono (stretch, slower sink if at all, softer) than fluoro. And the only thing I ever use mono for is throwing cranks.

I've never used a Vicious product, but I've tried a couple of copolymers, like I said, and I don't see myself trying them again. Give me some trilene xl and sunline fluoro, or that trilene 100% fluoro, and I have no need for anything else.
