Ok, so I posted this thread earlier, but I accidentally posted it in General Discussions. I was recently in Cleveland, and stopped by the Rock for some fishing. I had left all of my gear at home, so I just picked up an inexpensive spincasting pole, and some worms, hooks, and bobbers. Here's a few cool catches:
This is my first-ever golden shiner.



This is a tiny pumpkinseed sunfish. The people at the bridge were shocked at how small it was. I have caught smaller though.



Here's a beautiful little... Whatever this thing is. No one else at the river was sure either. Anyone here have any idea what this is?

A real big emerald shiner is what it looks like, if not then its obviously some kind of baitfish. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks, someone said it may be a shiner, but they weren't quite sure. They look a lot different than the golden shiners, so I wasn't sure on that.

Looks like a big emerald shiner. I catch them like that in the cast net when throwing for shad down here on the Ohio River.
