Went back up to Alum Creek spillway yesterday. The sun started to shine about mid-afternoon so I decided to give it a shot after work. I picked up a friend and we got up there about 5:45 just ahead of the snow. The snow rolled in about 6:00, coming in sideways. A little bit of sunshine sure can play tricks on a person. But anyway, I was able to land one saugeye (about 2lbs) on a husky jerk. One got off at the sidewalk, which hit my double jig setup as I was bringing him in. My partner landed a nice one on a dark green twister. We called it quits about 9:00.
