We grill walleye and then add only salt and pepper and crumble it in a bowl. Then add favorite taco toppings to crunchy, flour or corn tortillas. It's a nice variation to always frying the fish. A few favorites/variations of toppings are: Shredded cabbage with chopped cilantro and green onion Shredded lettuce Cheese Guacamole Sour creme Tomatoes (seasoned or unseasoned in taco seasoning - depending on if you are using the chilpotle sour cream) Chipotle Sour Cream Sauce - Half-a-container of sour cream - Juice from one lime - Chipotle pepper, diced (I usually use scissors.) - 1 or 2 teaspoons of sugar - Salt to taste You can also mix in a bit of the adobo sauce that the chipotle peppers are packed in. I also might add a diced jalapeño pepper to the mix if you're in the mood for spicy!
