Taken from -Saugeye Tom- and S.W. Ohio fishing/random pictures.

Honestly a great idea and doesn't really matter where pictures come from. My thinking was kinda starting a post with this for each of the Ohio forums (sectors)

I'll start this off with my 1st fish of 2023.

Awesome that you brought this up. I was actually going to do an update over in the (lounge) with my original cholesterol post... I've been putting it off for a while. I will post and update tonight with my progress with what I have been and NOT been doing.

I got into four bass today. I was strictly using only one lure today. Lunkerhunt PHANTOM spider. Had over double digit swipes and connected with 4 bass to hand. Two unbuttoned at my feet. Very cool lure when retrieve... little legs working then boom 💥 hahaha. (Dick's has them)

Fished the Harbors today and got my BP 4.5 Smallie!! Putting the video together soon!! Along with a mixed bag of Largies. Then hit the Rocky after lunch and picked up another Big Girl!

...I just noticed a bass that is the (same) bass I've caught back in April. It's a 15" bass and I first caught it in April off a Castcray slug bug in bio black. I fished exactly the same spot this past weekend and caught it again. Side by side pic tells the story.

-c.j.stone...in this case YES! It's the same bass haha 🤣

Pic shows all. (Right is MAY/Left is APRIL)
Same split in pec fin.
Same mark on gill plate.
Same size @ 15" bottom lip is under bump board.

The bass was caught the second time off the Phantom spider 🕷 and now is MY bass hahaha 😂 I will continue to document this bass going forward if caught again.

... it's name is Tea-bass.

Thanks Twisted! I thought it was a giant sheephead. I’ve only fished cleveland a few times and never did well. So I wasn’t expecting much 😂 some times I question if I know what I’m doing on the water. Wish I didn’t have to work some times 😅

Walleye with plain panko mixed with 5 seasonings plus a second breading of crazy Italian Cajun (homemade) Brussels and man n' da cheese 🧀.

Bass before the job 5-17-23. Using only the rat lure. 40 minutes fishing 5 for 6 with big bass going 17" @ 2.6 pounds.

Bass after work 5-17-23.

I was working the rat lure tonight at sunset and catching some bass. 13" 14" 16" 13" ...Then it happened 💥 a good 30 feet out and i quickly noticed the weight of the bass as it was in open water 🌊. Fought it through some pads and then into open water again. A few more cranks and I was holding the biggest bass (weight wise) since 30 plus years ago at old geauga lake! Dam I love my bass thumb 👍 hahaha 😂.

Such an awesome feeling OGF... 😁. A couple pics and enjoy the night.
