Fatty Bragiole

    Submitted for your approval, Fatty Bragiole. 1.5lbs. thick sliced bacon, 2 lbs. Bob Evans Italian sausage. 5 hard boiled eggs, onions, peppers, mushrooms. Sweet Baby Ray's sauce, and about 5 hours in a smoker. I am stuck on job site in Ft. Wayne, and the one of the upsides is a co worker with a smoker on the job.[​IMG]

    The eggs were amazing. They managed to take on just enough smoke to flavor them. Also, if you haven't tried Sweet Baby Ray's sauce, Meijer has them right now 5/$5. I like the sweet and spicy.
