Dutch oven deer roast

    Just polished off a fresh deer roast from gun season. Used large rear quarter roast in the Dutch oven.
    Marinate roast in italian dressing with some garlic
    Pan sear all sides of roast in d.o. with bacon grease, dredge roast in flour first.
    Bake at 350 in d.o. with some water, worchestire, and Frank's for 2 hrs.
    Then add potatoes, onions, more garlic, and carrots.
    Bake another hour
    Enjoy!

    Almost forgot-salt, pepper to taste!
