Dry Troy

Discussion in 'Southwest Ohio Fishing Reports' started by jimnrg, Aug 29, 2008.

  1. I went up to Piqua this afternoon. As soon as I got my line wet the sky opened up but I haven't fished in days, and I'm stubborn as heck, so I stayed and got drenched. I lasted an hour and a half and only caught a 10" LM.
I came back home to Troy and there hadn't been a single drop of rain.

  2. Yeah, I'm beginning to lose some expensive landscape stuff in the beds. Troy has missed all the rain. BUT, the very low river flow has given the fish less places to hide. If this was to last into the fall, it could be good for fishing. (Wishful thinking maybe) :)
