I was wanting to fish to the Dover dam, but I was wondering if it is still under construction? Anyone have any info? I already tried contacting MWCD the other day, and I don't want to waste half a tank of gas to get there. Thanks in advance.

Ware a construction hard hat and a yellow vest when you go and if anyone ask's just say your just fishing on your break You'll be good.

I got yelled at even though I walked up from downstream and stayed outside of their work zone. There hasn't been anyone working there on Sundays though so you could get lucky. Best luck is to boat from downstream
