  1. Hit Devola on Saturday for wipers and white bass, fish just were not there. Water seemed to be unusally fast. We headed down the Ohio to a warm water discharge and ended up catching everything under the sun, including a 25 pound carp. All in all a beauitful day on the river! Unfortunately gas prices are sure going to make a difference in the amount of trips we take this year! It cost $65.00 just in truck gas to get down and back! :mad:

    Devola damn is excellent fishing lately, caught alot of striped bass and walleye right there at the pool of the lock on the devola side of it this past weekend and the weekend before. Seen alot of carp poking out but thank god i didnt hook any, i hate carp.
