Cured steelhead-not eggs

  1. I cured up some steelhead with salt and brown sugar and a secret blend of spices. Left it in the fridge wrapped in foil and pressed under two cans. Turned out great! It is as good as the stuff I but for 4 bucks for 4 ounces. I suggest ya try it, put it on a bagel with creamed cheese! :D
  2. Sounds great.... I smoked some last year that a freind gave me and it was also great mixed with cream cheese and on crackers!!!

  3. I made some gravlax and smoked some earlier this year, pretty good stuff!
